Trading Terms & Conditions:

1. Minimum Delivery

We reserve the right not to deliver an order under the value of £100. Minimum delivery values may vary outside M25.

2. Last Orders

Orders via email, fax or telephone must be received before 17:00 on the day prior to delivery.

3. Returns

Our drivers are only allowed to accept fridge products as returns. Other products will only be accepted as returns if there is any damage done to products by us. all our products have a very long shelve life.

4. Discrepancies

The number of packages delivered must be checked in the presence of the driver. Claims for discrepancies should be made at the time of delivery. please contact us on 08700 61 66 61.

5. Risk & Ownership

Liabilities for goods pass to the purchaser on delivery once the invoice has been signed. Ownership of goods delivered to customers shall remain with us until payment of the invoiced cost has been received in full.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are strictly Cash on Delivery unless credit facilities have been agreed. £10 administration charge is payable on a dishonoured cheque.

7. Credit

Once an account has been authorized then everyone has a credit limit on there account, once the credit limit has exceeded then orders can not be placed until balance has been cleared.
